Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at newmo.com.hk.  Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or wrong item. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your item at contact@newmo.com.hk with details of the product and the defect.

Exchanges
We will notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we may require you to return the item and send you a replacement product.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
